I have just been diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroid Disease. I am now on a gluten free diet.
I am finding out the iodine can exacerbate Thyroid inflammation / Hashimotos and symptoms.
Is there iodine added by default or intentional to the breads that you make?

Be wary of millet, as well. It's also an ingredient to avoid if you have a hypoactive thyroid.
