The Schar white bread I purchased today has a date of 03/19/19 on it. Is that the best buy date or the sell by date? How long do I have before this bread is no longer okay to eat?

What stores actually carry this product in the Dallas area? I ask, because too many stores list it generally, but don't really have it on their shelves.

Are your products certified kosher? I don't see a symbol on any of your many products carried at my grocery store.

Why have ingredients in many cookies/biscuits changed to now include “modified” starches? Do you plan on having a line that does not include any “modified” ingredients?

I have a question regarding the bread. From my understanding that it can stay in room temperature for sometime, but I usually put in the refrigerator once I open the bag but recently I notice when I take it out at night so I can prepare my son breakfast and school lunch in the Morning it started to get bad fast. It didn’t do that before but recently I had to dispose several bags.
    What should I do?

I see you don’t send free samples anymore, but do you offer a sample box that we can buy? We just found out that a member of our house has CD and are looking for good items for them. Thank you!

Hi, I live in Northern California and would really like to be able to locate your GF croissants. There are no stores located in California that carry them. Any thoughts? I can contact my local store to see if they would order them. Safeway carries a few of your other breads, perhaps they would order croissants as well?

    Thanks!

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to order online. I went to my local Walmart in North Carolina and they acted as if they had never heard of it. I have only been gluten free for 6 months and I am dying to try your brand. All of the others are awful. Thank you

    Hello!
I'm from Algeria, and I would like to inquire about something.
Why don't you enter the Algerian market officially, or through a distributor?
Here there are many patients with Celiac and gluten sensitivity, and the products present in the market are not good.

I am from Greece and I am a celiac. I used to make bread with your flour Mix B. My problem is I can not find your flour anymore in my country. My question, then, is where else can I find this flour?
