6 Schär BIO Choco Bisco
2 bananas
1 handful mint leaves


  • Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Put the frozen banana slices and mint in a food processor and run until smooth.
  • Spread the (n)ice cream on one half of a Choco Bisco and press together with the other half.
  • Serve immediately or freeze until needed.
