Mouthwatering pea pesto pasta is a winner!





Obviously, we recommend the use of organic ingredients.


350 g Schär BIO Penne Cereal
150 g peas, drained and rinsed
40 g pine nuts
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
For serving:
1 handful fresh herbs


  • Cook the Penne in salted water for 9 min.
  • In the meantime, prepare the pea pesto by placing all the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Add the pea pesto to the drained Penne and stir well.
  • Toss with fresh herbs.
