Lovely smooth homemade apple butter served with gluten free BIO crispbread – ready to be transported to heaven?

Ingredients

12 Schär BIO Pan Crisp Cereal
300 g apple slices
70 g brown sugar
100 ml water
For the topping:
1 handful walnuts
1 tbsp flaxseeds

Preparation

  • Mix the apple slices and brown sugar in a pot then pour in 100ml of hot water.
  • Cook until the apple slices become soft and fluffy (the result is even creamier using a hand mixer).
  • Spread the prepared apple butter onto the Pan Crisp Cereal and sprinkle with walnuts and linseeds.
