Creamy avocado and roasted, crispy chickpeas make a perfect match!

Ingredients

2 Schär BIO Panini Cereal
1-2 avocados
a little bit of lemon juice
100 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch/es of paprika powder

Preparation

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and bake the bread rolls for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the chickpeas, olive oil, paprika powder and salt in a pan and roast for about 15 min.
  • Smash the avocados with a fork. Season with salt and lemon juice.
  • Spread the avocado mash over the bread.
  • Put the roasted chickpeas on top.
