BIO 5 Veggie Pasta

Obviously, we recommend the use of organic ingredients.
|350 g||Schär BIO Penne Cereal|
|1||yellow bell pepper|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|250 g||cherry tomatoes|
|1 handful||fresh herbs|
|4 tbsp||sunflower seeds|
- Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic cloves. Cut the carrot into slices.
- Heat 2 tbsps. of olive oil in a pan. Cook the prepared vegetables for 30 min.
- Roast the cherry tomatoes and chopped broccoli with 1 tbsp. of olive oil for 20 min.
- Mix all the vegetables together. Season with salt.
- Cook the Penne in salted water for 9 min. Drain well.
- Serve the Penne together with the vegetable mix, fresh herbs and sunflower seeds.
