350 g Schär BIO Penne Cereal
1 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 carrot
3 tbsp olive oil
250 g cherry tomatoes
150 g broccoli
to taste salt
For serving:
1 handful fresh herbs
4 tbsp sunflower seeds


  • Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic cloves. Cut the carrot into slices.
  • Heat 2 tbsps. of olive oil in a pan. Cook the prepared vegetables for 30 min.
  • Roast the cherry tomatoes and chopped broccoli with 1 tbsp. of olive oil for 20 min.
  • Mix all the vegetables together. Season with salt.
  • Cook the Penne in salted water for 9 min. Drain well.
  • Serve the Penne together with the vegetable mix, fresh herbs and sunflower seeds.
