Be prepared for emergencies
Of course no-one assumes that something can happen. However, in order to be prepared in case of an emergency, for example if a contamination with gluten occurs, it is best to have a coeliac disease pass or at least an indication on you that you have coeliac disease. A list with emergency contact numbers is also advisable. These should be for example your parents or legal guardians, but also your doctor or nutritionist. In this way first responders immediately know that you have a gluten allergy or gluten sensitivity and can react accordingly – in case you should not be able to explain it to them personally.
